About the Space
Hello, I'm the owner of a beautiful, custom built Mid-Century-Modern home. It was designed by the original owner in 1961. It was drafted to fit on a pie shaped lot and is one of a kind.
Film, commercial & photo shoots would be best suited for the space it offers.
The most unique feature is the gorgeous open foyer and staircase. True MCM Vibes!!
Everyone who enters our home say that if feels like it's straight out of a movie set. There are very interesting sight lines from one room to another. The layout was made for creating suspense!!
