Welcome to the Lili Pad—a cozy and thoughtfully designed residence in Georgetown, Seattle’s vibrant Arts & Cultural District. This flexible home can serve all kinds of intimate gatherings and retreats, but is particularly well-suited for healing facilitators, community organizers, and artists looking for a grounded and soulful space to practice their craft.
When you book the Lili Pad, you get exclusive access to all 3 floors of the residence (see video for a natural light walkthrough). As a Reiki practitioner and Persian hostess who has loved and grown into this home for nearly a decade, I’m thrilled for this space to now serve others as it has served me. Here are some tried-and-true ways to use the Lili Pad:
1ST FLOOR: KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING
• 1:1 Therapy (Talk, Somatic, Energy, Plant)
• Group Healing & Discussion Circles
• Intimate Lunch & Dinner Parties
• Lifestyle Photoshoots
A white noise machine and speaker are available for use on this floor. The dining table extends to seat 6-8 people, and the extension leaves are stored under the couch. For groups of 8-10, I recommend dining in two groups if half are comfortable sitting on the floor using the leaves as a tabletop.
2ND FLOOR: MOVEMENT/COZY CORNER
• Personal Yoga, Pilates & Meditation
• Reading, Journaling & Crafting
• Massage Therapy
• Storage & Staging
Massage table stored in the movement room can be used anywhere in the house, but you will have to provide your own sheets.
3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM/SHOWER/BALCONY ($50 ADD-ON, FLAT FEE)
• Silent Meditation, Reading & Journaling
The third floor is a quiet zone. This space requires the most time/labor to maintain and so is available to book as a $50 cleaning add-on (available at checkout and after booking).
Outdoor spaces are open but not actively maintained during the rainy fall/winter seasons.
