A working 15-acre hilltop with an unobstructed western horizon and no neighbors in frame, 45 minutes south of Nashville. Quiet enough for sync sound during daylight hours — no road noise and no flight path overhead. A cabin three minutes below the crown can be opened as basecamp for the day, so trucks, catering, holding, hair and wardrobe stage down there while only what you need goes up to set. The road between the two is drivable. Sunrise comes up over the far ridge across the valley. Drones are welcome — open sky, nothing overhead. RATES AND SPECIAL PRICING The hourly rate is all-inclusive for use of the hill, with a four-hour minimum. Bookings of eight hours or more receive an automatic discount at checkout, so a full shoot day costs less per hour than a half day. Add-ons — a built and hosted bonfire, cabin basecamp, and a staged bell tent — are shown before you book.
