The kitchen and dining area are ideal for food photography, recipe videos, lifestyle content, and intimate table setups, while the living room works well for interviews, conversational content, and relaxed lifestyle scenes. The bedrooms offer clean, neutral backdrops for fashion, beauty, wellness, and editorial shoots. Large windows throughout the space provide natural light, while modern finishes, warm wood tones, neutral furnishings, and clean white walls create a polished backdrop that works well with a variety of brands and aesthetics. Guests may bring cameras, lighting, microphones, props, and other production equipment. Furniture may be carefully repositioned during the booking and should be returned to its original placement afterward.
