Event bookings provide access to the agreed ground-floor entertaining spaces and outdoor areas, giving guests a combination of comfortable indoor accommodation and extensive private grounds while the remainder of the property remains private. Indoor spaces include a large lounge with an open-hearth fireplace, a spacious dining room with a striking marble dining table and impressive 7-foot marine aquarium, a 30-foot conservatory overlooking the pool, and a good-sized kitchen. Outside, guests can enjoy extensive private gardens, Brazilian hardwood decking, a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, summer house and fully functioning outdoor bar. There is also a dedicated fire-pit and outdoor cooking area with a wood-fired oven, providing an attractive setting for entertaining and socialising. The combination of substantial indoor and outdoor spaces makes the property suitable throughout the year, rather than being limited to summer events. Different areas can be used together to create separate spaces for dining, relaxing, entertaining and outdoor activities. The property is secluded and securely gated, with extensive free onsite parking for approximately 8–10 vehicles. Access to specific spaces and amenities will be agreed in advance for each booking. Use of facilities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking areas and fire pit must also be agreed prior to the event.
