The Lounge at ONE is a private, self-contained nightlife space designed for celebrations, events, and productions. With immersive red lighting, a full-service bar, built-in seating, striking custom murals, and open floor space, the Lounge gives your event the atmosphere of Miami nightlife without having to create it from scratch. Ideal for: • Private parties and celebrations • Birthday events • Cocktail receptions • Bachelor and bachelorette parties • Listening parties • Brand activations • Content creation and photo shoots • Music videos and film productions • Intimate corporate and industry events Whether you’re planning a night out with your own guest list or need a visually distinctive backdrop for your next production, the Lounge offers a private setting that can be configured around your event. BAR & VENUE SERVICES We’ll handle the bar so you can focus on enjoying your event. Our full-service bar is operated exclusively by our in-house team of bartenders and bottle-service staff, offering a selection of liquor, spirits, and wine for guests 21 and older. Bar service may be structured as either: (1) Open Bar: A prepaid bar arrangement allowing guests to order drinks without paying individually; or (2) Cash Bar: Guests purchase drinks individually throughout the event. All bottles and alcoholic beverages are subject to separate venue pricing and are not included in the base rental rate. PRODUCTION & INSTALLATIONS Prefer to create a world of your own? Make the Lounge yours. The space is ideal for music videos, film and television productions, photo shoots, content creation, interviews, and other creative productions. Temporary sets, décor, props, and installations are welcome, provided they are fully removable and do not cause damage or permanent alterations to the venue. Production pricing includes time for setup and takedown. All setup, production, takedown, and removal of equipment or installations must take place within your reserved booking time.
