This is an active, working photography studio located in a clean, safe and well-maintained industrial area of Ventura, just of the 101 at Telephone Road and Market Street. Nearby brewery, restaurants, shops, coffee shops and grocery store. The space boasts huge 18 foot ceilings with approximately 300 square feet of shooting/creating space with a large ceiling fan, natural light (no windows), access to our kitchen, sink, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot and microwave, a large handicap accessible restroom, a variety of available backdrops, light stands, lighting equipment, props, wardrobe and more for rent. Rental includes the backdrop system with three paper backdrops in white, grey and black. Use of backdrop on floor may require additional fee. Light kitchen use is included in the rental as well as a private restroom.
