The Garden Room offers a modern kitchen, large island, comfortable lounge seating, contemporary finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace. The space can accommodate up to 60 guests maximum and can be arranged to suit a variety of event formats and creative productions. Additional Building Fee: The non-refundable building fee is separate from the space rental price and is charged in addition to your booking. The building fee starts at $230 for bookings of 1–2 hours, with an additional $115 per hour for bookings exceeding 2 hours. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable Visloft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with Visloft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
