Bring your production into a colorful working floral showroom in Pasadena's historic Playhouse Village. Fresh flowers, orchids, lush plants, home décor, gifts, retail displays, and furnished vignettes create a variety of distinctive looks within one expansive property. The approximately 30,000-square-foot location, based on the manager's estimate, offers a main floral showroom, plant and orchid sections, home décor and gift departments, and practical retail aisles and counters. Approved floral work areas and walk-in cooler spaces may also be considered for your production. Exact access is agreed upon for each booking. The historic exterior adds another setting to your shoot. Built in 1925 as the former Symes Cadillac building, the Spanish Colonial Revival façade features a decorative ceramic-tile entrance surround and Cadillac crest detail. The space is well suited to film and television retail scenes, commercials, branded content, fashion and beauty editorials, bridal and lifestyle campaigns, product photography, music videos, and social content. Floral arrangements, plants, furnishings, and seasonal merchandise provide abundant color and texture. Inventory and displays change regularly, so please confirm any specific look or item before booking. Production support includes Wi-Fi, restrooms, a dedicated break room for meals and craft services, and approximately 12 free on-site parking spaces, subject to the approved production plan. Nearby street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions. This is an active retail and floral-production business. Sundays and non-business hours are preferred, and all bookings require review of the schedule, total headcount, equipment, requested areas, and business impact. Larger productions may be restricted during November–December and around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Please include load-in, setup, filming, strike, full reset, and load-out in your requested booking time. Production bookings are $800 per hour with a six-hour minimum. Maximum total headcount is 150, including cast, crew, clients and vendors; the approved footprint and areas must be agreed upon before booking. Security cameras can be turned off upon production request.
