Approx. 900 sq. ft. of professional mats for yoga, gymnastics, martial arts, fitness, personal training. Approx. 900 sq. ft. of additional concrete floor space - could accommodate folding tables and seating for 20-30 people. 15 folding chairs currently in the space. Two bathrooms/changing rooms, 2 showers. Currently in use year-round as a martial arts school, with most classes in the late afternoon/evening. Also in use during summer camp, with indoor activities taking place on the mats such as gymnastics/tumbling, dodge ball and other group games. This space was also leased in 2025 for use as a start-up charter school. The mats were used for physical activities and games, and the concrete floor was used with folding tables and chairs for learning, art projects, etc.
