Ten private acres fifteen minutes from the IU campus: seven acres of mature hardwood forest plus three open acres of working farmland. No neighbors in frame, no traffic noise, no permits to chase. Just woods, meadow light, and room to work.
The forest gives you cathedral light through the canopy, mossy floor texture, and dense backdrops in every direction. The open acreage is a real working farm: high tunnels, market garden rows, and livestock, which means textured agricultural backdrops you cannot fake, plus room for crew parking, craft services, and equipment staging without anyone tripping over each other. Golden hour here is genuinely good.
Animal talent available: donkeys, pigs, a flock of chickens, and turkeys & broiler chickens (seasonally) with handler on set at all times. They photograph well and behave better than most actors. Ask about the animal addendum for day rates.
I am a working farmer and I am on site for every booking. You get the land, the quiet, and someone who knows every trail and light pocket on it.
