This is a fully built podcast and video studio in Franklin, TN. It was designed by a working media agency, so it's ready to record as soon as you walk in. The space has two sets. The first is a two-person podcast setup: a round wood table, upholstered chairs, and broadcast mics on desk boom arms, built for interviews and co-hosted shows. The second is a lounge set with a loveseat, two mid-century armchairs, a glass coffee table, and boom-stand mics. It works well for panels and relaxed conversations with up to 4 people on camera. Both sets sit against slatted wood and black acoustic panels, with styled shelving, greenery, and a large display you can load with your show's branding. The lighting is color-adjustable, so the same room can go from warm and natural to deep red, pink, or purple. Your show doesn't have to look like everyone else's. Lasting Media produces video and podcasts for record labels, publishers, nonprofits, and creators every week, and this is the room we built to do that work. Every booking includes an in-house engineer who runs cameras, audio, and lighting, so you can focus on the conversation.
