Full buyouts include five hours of exclusive use for your 21+ group; the venue stays closed to the public for the evening. Event hours and availability are confirmed before booking. Up to 200 guests; groups above 150 require special arrangements. The space is ADA accessible. FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS — OCTOBER 2026 THROUGH JANUARY 2027 Sunday–Thursday / Friday–Saturday: Up to 50 guests: $4,500 / $8,500 51–100 guests: $5,000 / $9,000 101–150 guests: $5,500 / $9,500 151–200 guests: $6,000 / $10,000 The displayed starting rate of $900/hour with a five-hour minimum represents the $4,500 starting food-and-beverage commitment. It is not a separate room rental added on top of the minimum. Your final Peerspace proposal will reflect your day, headcount and food/bar plan without double-counting that commitment. Food and drinks count toward the agreed minimum. Any unused balance remains due; orders above the minimum are additional. Each additional event hour increases the food-and-beverage minimum by $500 and must be arranged in advance. A 22% service charge and applicable sales tax are additional. The service charge goes entirely to employees working your event. Peerspace's guest processing fee is separate. Request a final itemized proposal before booking; instant booking is disabled. FOOD FROM THE SALTY SHACK Choose hot pans, sandwiches and wraps for your group. Our full menu is also available for guests with dietary needs. Food selections, quantities and service timing are confirmed in advance. Food and beverages are provided through The Octopus Bar & The Salty Shack unless otherwise approved in writing. No outside alcohol. MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT Microphone, projector/TV, music use and stage are included. Karaoke, a DJ or a band can be booked separately. We have approved karaoke and DJ vendors and are happy to discuss other vendors in advance. Entertainment and talent are not included.
