A private 680-square-foot three-room entertainment suite inside a lakeside estate in Lithonia, including the Game Room, Screening Room, and Speakeasy for one reservation. The package accommodates up to 25 guests total—not 25 per room—using mixed seated and standing space. It is designed for 21+ birthdays, couples’ gatherings, game and movie nights, watch parties, private socials, and small team gatherings. Children’s parties are not permitted. The 300-square-foot Game Room seats 8 and features a three-in-one game table and speakers. The 210-square-foot Screening Room has 6 dedicated theater seats. The 170-square-foot Speakeasy comfortably accommodates 6 and may hold up to 10 of the package’s 25 guests using mixed seated and standing space. The booking includes one shared standard charcuterie board, popcorn, candy, chips, soda, water, and one nonalcoholic sparkling beverage. Alcohol is not included. Access to the Great Room, kitchens, club level, pool, decks, pavilions, fire pit, lakefront, and other property areas is not included unless separately added. Additional catering, replenishment, styling, and special services are optional and quoted separately.
