Cleaning Process The private event space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between bookings. Tables, chairs, countertops, food-preparation surfaces, and other frequently touched areas are cleaned and sanitized before each event. Floors are swept and cleaned, the restroom is refreshed, and waste from previous bookings is removed. As Ecobay is also a working urban farm, the growing and production areas are maintained separately from the private event space. Guests are asked to remain on designated walkways and avoid touching growing equipment or crops unless access has been specifically arranged for a participating chef. Guests are expected to remove personal belongings and leave the space reasonably tidy at the end of their reservation. Standard post-event cleaning is handled by Ecobay; excessive cleaning or removal of unusually large amounts of waste may result in an additional fee.
