Social Hall Venue is a modern, boutique-style meeting and event space located in a professional commercial building in downtown Dyer, Indiana, offering a polished business environment—not a residential or home-based setting.
Ideal for corporate meetings, Lunch & Learn sessions, business luncheons, workshops, training seminars, presentations, and networking events.
Our 2,000 sq. ft. venue features flexible seating, multiple 65” Smart TVs, Bluetooth sound, a private Host Suite, and a dedicated food and beverage area. Tables, chairs, black linens, climate control, and complimentary on-site parking are included.
Accommodating up to 100 guests, with the flexibility to bring your own catering and beverages. A professional setting designed to impress your clients, colleagues, and guests.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned before each booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest. All tables, chairs, floors, and common areas are sanitized, and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked. Guests are responsible for general tidying and placing trash in designated bins, leaving the space in the same condition it was found.
We provide black spandex table linens that are freshly laundered for each event. This process ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable space for all celebrations and gatherings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
