A 4,000-square-foot loft on the Red Hook waterfront, with original wide-plank wood floors, exposed timber beams, brick walls and big windows that look across the harbor toward Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.
It's one big, open loft that changes with your event. Run a working session at a farm table for 20 (available to rent), break out to the lounge sofas, reset in the yoga space, and gather at the kitchen island when your caterer serves. A library, a piano, a pool table under a neon sign and a ping-pong table keep the evening going.
The loft works for corporate off-sites and strategy days, catered dinners and cocktail receptions, holiday parties, birthdays and milestones, intimate weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, yoga retreats, and photo and video shoots.
Good to know:
- Up to 74 guests, standing or seated for a catered dinner
- Second floor, with an elevator for guests and load-in
- Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, sink and dishwasher for your caterer to stage, warm and serve. There's no hood, so food is prepared off site.
- 2 bathrooms, each with a shower
- Wi-Fi, projector, presentation screen and sound system included
- Bring your own caterer and alcohol, or use our preferred caterers and bartenders
- Amplified music until midnight
Red Hook's waterfront park and pier are steps from the door, with sunset views of the Statue of Liberty.
