A 220 m² (about 2,370 sq ft) industrial studio built for photo and video production, set in a century-old warehouse on a private street. It's a street-level space with room for a couple of vehicles inside or right at the door, which makes loading in gear, props and sets easy.
The star of the space is an L-shaped cyclorama of about 30 m² (320 sq ft), roughly 6 x 5.5 m with 3.2 m high walls (20 x 18 ft, 10.5 ft high), under ceilings of 4 to 4.5 m (13 to 15 ft). It works very well for fashion and beauty shoots, e-commerce and product photography, commercials, music videos, interviews and film productions. Photo backdrop supports are available along one side of the studio.
Around the main stage you'll find an open office area, a meeting room with an exposed blue brick wall and a table with red chairs (great for briefings, castings or even as a small set), and a private makeup room with two makeup stations. There's also a fridge for your crew.
The studio has 14 kW of industrial power with three-phase 3-pin and 4-pin outlets spread around the space, so it can handle demanding lighting setups. Softboxes and light stands are included at no extra charge.
It's also ideal for workshops, product demos and other professional, closed-door sessions.
The train station is only a 3-minute walk away.
