Create several looks in one 225-square-foot room (15 × 15 feet), with an exposed-beam ceiling vaulting to approximately 15 feet at its highest point. This furnished content studio offers tall windows, a caramel-colored sofa setting, a round table with four chairs, and a wood product table in front of illuminated white display shelving. Included amenities: Wi-Fi, restroom access, and nearby-lot parking. There is no specified number of parking spaces. Available daily, Sunday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 8 PM. Two-hour minimum; setup and load-out must fit within the booked time. Plan for a small crew. For groups of 8–12, confirm headcount and equipment layout in advance. Additional flex space is separate from the studio rental and may be arranged at a negotiated price. THREE SETUPS Sofa setting: Accent pillows, a floor lamp, and colorful landscape artwork for seated portraits and lifestyle content. Window-side table: A round wood table with four chairs for conversational scenes, tabletop details, and seated creator content. Product table and display wall: A rectangular wood table backed by illuminated cubby shelving, ceramics, plants, and displayed products. Furniture and props may be moved for your shoot. Please lift items rather than dragging them, protect the floors, and return everything to its original position before departure. Cream walls, dark wood flooring, patterned rugs, and landscape artwork offer varied backgrounds for personal branding, product demonstrations, lifestyle photography, and small video shoots. Daylight varies with weather and time of day. Sheer curtains and darker curtain panels cover the lower windows; the upper windows remain uncovered. No routine cleaning fee. Please remove your belongings and trash and restore the room. Excessive trash or extraordinary cleaning may incur documented additional charges through the platform’s applicable process.
