This 5,330 sq ft full-floor Grand Suite features a private 16-person conference room, open living and game space with a 100" TV, pool table, and darts, a private patio with a hangar door, and iced coffee and kombucha on tap. Seven king bedrooms with en-suite baths sleep up to 14 guests. In addition to the en-suite baths, the suite has his-and-hers commercial restrooms that are ideal for event guests. Event Pricing: the hourly rate ($500/hr, 4-hour minimum, so a standard 4-hour event is $2,000) covers the event only. The $2,000 event fee includes an event coordinator, bartender, security, service staff, cleaning, tables, chairs, and table linens. Overnight lodging is required, is in addition to the event fee, and its rate varies by day, so please inquire for lodging pricing for your date. Alcohol: the suite is not liquor licensed, so guests purchase their own alcohol and our staff serves it. Ticket sales, cash bars, or charging for alcohol are not permitted. For larger groups (up to 80) or ticketed and cash-bar events, ask us about our licensed event venue located in the same building. HR2 is part of HR Collection, a family of Denver venues and stays: HR of Denver, HR2, and Local 75. Our culinary team handles all food service, so we kindly ask that no outside catering be brought in. Tours are available upon request.
