A 4,661 sq ft full-floor loft with a private skyline-view patio, open living and game space with a 100" TV and pool table, and eight styled king bedrooms with en-suite baths, giving you a range of sets on one floor. Our staff can rearrange furniture on request, his-and-hers commercial restrooms serve cast and crew, and everyone can stay the night for early call times. Pricing: the $500/hr rate (4-hour minimum, so a standard 4-hour booking is $2,000) covers your time in the space. Every booking also requires the suite's overnight lodging, which is added on top of the hourly rate and changes by the day, so send us your date and we'll share the lodging price. Your $2,000 fee covers an event coordinator, bartender, security, service staff, cleaning, tables, chairs, and table linens. All food is prepared by our culinary team, so outside catering isn't permitted, but we're happy to build a menu around your booking.
