Cleaning & Checkout Procedures – Studio 110 We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. Our space is cleaned and prepared between reservations to ensure it is ready for your arrival. To help us maintain these standards, we ask all guests to complete the following before departure: * Trash Removal: Collect and properly dispose of all trash, food containers, and disposable items. * Food & Beverages: Remove all leftover food, drinks, and catering supplies. * Furniture: Return all tables, chairs, and furnishings to their original locations. * Decorations: Remove all decorations, balloons, tape, and personal belongings without damaging the property. * Spills & Messes: Clean up any spills immediately to prevent stains or damage. * Floors & Surfaces: Leave floors, tables, countertops, and other surfaces free of excessive debris and spills. * Restrooms: Please leave restrooms clean and dispose of waste appropriately. * Final Walkthrough: Before leaving, check that all personal belongings have been collected and the front door is securely closed. Important: All cleaning and breakdown must be completed within your reserved booking time. Excessive cleaning, property damage, or failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional charges in accordance with Peerspace policies. Our team handles routine cleaning and preparation between bookings. Guests are simply expected to leave the space in the same general condition in which it was received.
