    A gorgeous newly renovated shop with two intimate rear space that can accommodate up to 25 guests or the full venue with capacity for up to 80 guests. Perfect for reunions, bridal showers, business retreats, writing workshops and receptions. The coffee bar in the front room is perfect for bartending and food catering needs, and with full venue rental, your guests can enjoy the front porch, side yard seating, and the smaller spaces for seating and relaxing. With 2 restrooms and a small staging kitchen in back, our space is well designed to make events simple and supported.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    We are a small but mighty locally owned business that is committed to maintaining an exceptionally clean space. The entire building was renovated in 2025, with all new plumbing, electrical, paint and restoration of historical features to state and federal historic renovation guidelines. We conduct regular deep cleanings and have a paid team of professionals that we can retain in consultation with our guests as requested.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
