A private creative compound on a lake in the Catskills, New York. Designed and built from the ground up on six wooded acres, it brings together a recording studio, residence and grounds with room for many kinds of creative work. The Live Room has a cathedral ceiling and a full glass wall facing the lake. Elsewhere, there’s a blue velvet Lounge with its own stage, a green velvet Control Room, a red-lit Theater, an open kitchen and living space, a fireplace and a loft. Outside are decks, wooded grounds and a private lake with a dock. The rooms each have their own character, with different light, materials and settings throughout the property. Photo and film shoots, music videos, recording projects, workshops, retreats, meetings, events, brand projects and other creative gatherings are welcome. Rooms can be arranged for makeup and dressing, wardrobe, production offices and meetings. The recording rooms are fully sound-isolated. Overnight equipment storage is available. Catering, alcohol service, AV assistance, security staff and cleaning staff during events are available by arrangement.
