Historic Courtyard at the Cooper Regional History Museum
Host your next gathering in a distinctive 1,600-square-foot historic outdoor venue at the Cooper Regional History Museum in downtown Upland. The museum’s landmark building at 217 E. A Street was constructed in 1937 as the headquarters of the Ontario-Cucamonga Fruit Exchange. Designed in the streamlined Art Moderne style, it once served as the citrus cooperative’s central business and administrative office during the height of the region’s agricultural boom. Today, its covered courtyard offers guests the rare opportunity to celebrate within a meaningful piece of local history—pairing authentic period character with practical modern amenities. This memorable setting is ideal for celebrations, performances, presentations, community events, and private gatherings, and comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests for seated table service or up to 150 guests in theater-style seating.
