Introducing the Peerspace Property Damage Guarantee 

At Peerspace, one of our top priorities is to provide peace of mind to our hosts during their bookings. We understand that accidental property damage can occur, and it’s important that hosts know their space will be protected on these rare occasions. So to further our ongoing commitment to our hosts and deliver on a long-requested benefit, we are excited to introduce the Peerspace Property Damage Guarantee effective April 17, 2023.1

Under this new program, we guarantee a guest’s liability to hosts for eligible damages up to $25,000 per booking.2 In the event that a host’s space or belongings (such as furniture, floors, or host-owned production equipment) are damaged by a guest during a booking, the host will be reimbursed—without the hassle of chasing down payment.

This new benefit will work in tandem with our existing Host Insurance Policy – our $1,000,000 General Liability (GL) policy that protects hosts from lawsuits brought by third parties, such as guests, who claim they were injured and/or their own property was damaged during a booking.
