Locations with Character — Unique Spaces for Film Shoots

Once your set list is in place, it’s time to start looking for locations that bring your creative vision to life. Even though good lighting, permitting, and an open floor plan are all important considerations, finding a unique location can be a determining factor for your film’s success.

Just like strong casting, your location should have just as much character as your actors. So instead of defaulting to generic locations like a bookstore or a restaurant, choose from one of these more memorable film locations.

With industrial gold vaults, an interior courtyard, and 30 foot ceilings, this historical building has over 10,000 square feet of open space to explore your creativity. It is also one of the few buildings to survive the 1906 earthquake.
