This 1500 sq ft professional performance space in East LA is suitable for any off-site activity such as a creative workshop, team training, panel, meeting, or conference. The room can seat up to 90 guests and offers a dynamic, open space to accommodate any set-up. Located just 10 minutes from DTLA and San Gabriel, the venue is easily accessible and offers plenty of free parking for your guests. There are also many nearby catering and dining options as we are located within a mall -- guests can order from or walk to a variety of cafés and food including Mediterranean, Thai, Chinese, and more!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
