Although it is an occupied home, the space is perfect for hosting business meetings and executive retreats. Please note that I do not host social events. WiFi throughout serving Lumen 1GB internet speeds, 4k TV with Apple TV and Samsung wireless connections. 3x5 rolling white board and projector for use in kitchen/dining with HDMI connection.

Health and Safety Measures
As this is my personal home, I clean daily while using professional cleaners on a regular basis for deep cleaning. Bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned thoroughly for immediately prior to each booking. Cloth hand towels are provided for bathrooms and laundered between bookings. All soaps and detergents are scent free.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
