Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a wonderful newly remodeled meeting room that seats up to 8 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! We offer full time private offices as well as virtual plans, inquire within. Open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. Parking is $7 per hour or all-day 2+ hours $15. The parking lot entrance is off of Rosecrans and Parkview (behind Rosecrans). Please pull a ticket, and park in the open lot. Enter through the glass lobby doors on the parking P1 level located behind the "1230" statue. Let security know you have a meeting in suite 300, and they will provide access to the 3rd floor via the elevator. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
