MagicLight Studio is a Beautiful 2500 ft studio in Marina del Rey / Venice. Tables and chairs available with a fully working kitchen for catering and an excellent sound system + 100 down and 15 up wifi. Additional Fees: Groups of 16-30 people will be charged $125. per Hr. Groups larger than 30 people will be charged $150. per Hr. Free Parking Skylights that can be closed, ground level loading bay door. 600 Amps with 2 large lunch box style electrical box's for shooting area. Beautiful makeup room with handicap attached bathroom and large changing area, central AC/ Heat, lighting and grip equip available for additional rental, folding chairs and tables, directors chairs, large rolling butcher block island, great sound system. Fully equipped functioning kitchen, Green Room, wifi, overhead fully system for easy changing of background, lights and flags, overhead catwalk for easy overhead shooting, polished concrete floors and many extra's. This space has also been used for: Yoga Studio, Gym with some free weights and bench equipment, Film Studio, Video Studio, Photo Studio, Classroom, Dance Studio and much more. This is very conveniently located to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, LAX, 90 and 405 Freeways. Bay door can serve for beautiful south facing daylight in addition to skylights.

At MagicLight Studio we take your safety seriously by maintaining our space based on current Covid-19 protocols. We have a professional cleaning staff thoroughly disinfect all surfaces and mop the floor between every booking, regardless of size. We provide if need be masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer in addition to 3 sinks for washing. We have a touch-less forehead thermometer at your disposal. We have HVSC with a high quality Hepafilter. We have plenty of outdoor parking that can be converted to catering - a 10x10 Pop up available to rent and table and chairs included for groups up to 15. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
