Skylights that can be closed, ground level loading bay door, lot's of free parking at door, 600 Amps with 2 large lunch box style electrical box's for shooting area, beautiful makeup room with handicap attached bathroom and large changing area, 2nd bathroom on main area, central AC/ Heat, 3 rolling bakers racks, 8 folding and 8 directors chairs, two 8' and 16' folding tables, large rolling butcher block rolling island in kitchen, great sound system, fully equipped functioning kitchen with ; burner gas stove, oven, exhaust, blender, toaster oven and micro-wave. green room, wifi, overhead pully system for easy changing of background, lights and flags, overhead catwalk for easy overhead shooting or great DJ area, polished concrete floors and many extra's. This is very conveniently located to Venice Beach, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica, LAX, 90 and 405 Freeways. Bay door can serve for beautiful south facing daylight with skylight above in addition to other skylights. This space has also been used for: Yoga Studio, Gym with some free weights and bench equipment, Film Studio, Video Studio, Photo Studio, Classroom, Dance Studio and much more. Some chairs and tables are available for rent and more can easily be delivered at low cost.

At MagicLight Studio we take your safety seriously by maintaining our space based on current Covid-19 protocols. We have a professional cleaning staff thoroughly disinfect all surfaces and mop the floor between every booking, regardless of size. We provide if need be masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer in addition to 3 sinks for washing. We have a touch-less forehead thermometer at your disposal. We have HVSC with a high quality Hepafilter. We have plenty of outdoor parking that can be converted to catering - a 10x10 Pop up available to rent and table and chairs included for groups up to 15. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
