House Rules Welcome! We want every guest to have a great experience while respecting our neighbors and community. Event Guidelines Rental includes 1 complimentary hour before your event for setup and 1 complimentary hour after your event for breakdown and cleanup. Please leave the venue in the same condition in which it was received. Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone attending their event. Music & Noise Policy DJs, live entertainment, and amplified music are welcome at reasonable volume. All music, speakers, PA systems, and other amplified sound must comply with City of Los Angeles noise ordinances. Speakers must be positioned to face inward toward the event space and away from neighboring homes whenever possible. Excessive bass, excessively loud music, or sound that disturbs neighboring properties is not permitted. Venue staff reserve the right to require the volume to be lowered or amplified music to be turned off if it becomes disruptive or violates local noise regulations. Any fines, citations, or penalties resulting from a guest's failure to comply with applicable laws or venue rules are the responsibility of the renter. Respect for the Neighborhood Please be courteous when arriving and leaving the property. Keep voices and conversations at a respectful level, especially during evening hours. No fireworks, illegal activities, or disorderly conduct are permitted. Prohibited Events No "rage" parties or events intended to create excessive noise or disturbances. Events that promote illegal activity or pose a safety risk will be terminated immediately without refund.
