As a film location, the space can easily represent retail, fine art gallery, creative work space, photo studio, office, urban loft, and distressed back alley. Space totals 1,900 sq ft, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. Just up the street from Warner Bros. Studio, in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, we have ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Modern amenities include WiFi and an Apple Home pod sound system with easy bluetooth connection to phone or iPad. High-end short throw projector is available under add-ons. This daylight creative space is truly unique in the Burbank and valley areas. It provides a comfortable place for shooting, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Shoots who will be recording audio, please check the class schedule of our next door neighbor, killerfitnessla.com. Weekdays they have a class until 11am, Tuesdays until noon. Evening classes resume at 6pm so we recommend scheduling your audio recording outside of those time periods.
