We have a sound system, an LED projector on-site, 16 gorgeous stacking Eames chairs and several folding tables on site. Additional tables and 8 more chairs can be brought over from one of our sister studios upon request. Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away and is great for catering meals, coffee and snacks. Saturday & Sunday events require a 6 hour minimum for all bookings.
A COMFORTABLE PLACE for table reads, off-site business meetings, presentations, corporate training, seminars, workshops, etc., with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. With lots of free parking in the area, the studio is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
LOTS OF LIGHT, a high 12' ceiling, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space. In the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in.
CONVENIENT TO STUDIOS including Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Dreamworks.
BOB HOPE AIRPORT is 10 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
