Professional Studio & Meeting Space — $175/hour Our spacious professional television studio offers a unique and flexible setting for meetings, workshops, trainings, presentations, planning sessions, interviews, and other professional gatherings. The space can be configured to accommodate a variety of meeting formats and provides a professional environment with access to: Tables and chairs Wi-Fi Whiteboard Breakout space Restrooms Kitchen access Parking Wheelchair-accessible facilities PLEASE NOTE: The $175/hour meeting rate is for space rental only and does not include television production services, cameras, microphones, TriCaster operation, recording, or a production technician. If your meeting requires professional recording or video production, please book our Media Production option at $270/hour, which includes production equipment and technical support.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Licensed cleaners come three days/week and space is cleaned in between rentals. Cleaners use disinfectants and clean the entire building, with special emphasis on high-touch surfaces.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
