About Midpen Media Center

Professional Television Studio + Production Package Our professional television studio is fully equipped for interviews, talk shows, podcasts, educational programming, corporate videos, presentations, content creation, and other professional video productions. Your production booking includes: Studio space 1 production technician Up to 3 professional cameras TriCaster production system Up to 5 lavalier microphones Professional grid lighting Green screen or studio drapes Recording of your production Raw recording files provided after the production Our production technician will operate the TriCaster and monitor the camera feeds during your recording. Rates: $270/hour Monday–Friday $350/hour Saturday–Sunday IMPORTANT: All setup, production, and breakdown time must be included within your reserved booking time. A 3-hour minimum booking is required for production services to allow adequate time for setup, recording, and breakdown. For productions with specialized technical requirements or more complex setups, please contact us before booking so we can confirm your production needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Licensed cleaners come three days/week and space is cleaned in between rentals. Cleaners use disinfectants and clean the entire building, with special emphasis on high-touch surfaces.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
