Modern home in Culver City that has light hardwood floors, high ceilings, lot of windows that fill the room with natural light, 16 ‘pocket sliding doors that open to an outdoor space which has a Teak table that seats six, a gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional, and a lush yard with mature landscaping and fruit trees. There is a gourmet kitchen with a six burner Wolf range stove, custom walnut cabinetry, marble back splash, and a stainless steel hood vent centered on a 10 foot island. Available: Cooking shows, photo shoots, commercial shoots, content creation, blogging, Youtube videos, podcasts, interviews, TikTok videos, social media, etc. Sorry no events. House is located on a wide street and includes three parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking in the back that can fit a 17'-26' Box Truck or Sprinter Van. The kitchen, living space, dining area, office, one bedroom, guest bathroom and backyard are all included in this rental price. There is also a garage and private area in the back of the home that can be used for equipment storage, food/prop area and crafty/catering. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
