We have a newly constructed home located in Culver City . This home is great for Indoor/Outdoor Offsite use - guests can use the indoors to do work and brainstorm new ideas, and then step out into the backyard for a lunch break and team building activities. It is within a seven minute walk to multiple restaurants like Sage Vegan Bistro, Maple Block and Metro Cafe. Access: Kitchen, living space, dining area, guest bath, and outdoor space available during booking. Amenities available in rental price: Apple TV and 52" Television High Speed WiFi Coffee & Tea provided 2 rectangular tables (one indoor and one outdoor) 11 chairs 5 bar stools 1 couch (seats 4-5) 2 club chairs Extra folding chairs, tables, and cooler available. Setup Options: Meeting-style setup for 20 people (2 rectangular tables) Outdoor Presentation-style setup for 20 people (chairs only) TV and Apple TV can also be set up outdoors No access or use of the master bedroom, master bath, office, kids bedrooms, and/or bathroom unless approved by owner. This house is available for photo shoots, off-site, and filming only, dinners, company parties, and baby showers. Street parking & driveway parking available

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
