The space is just steps away from Wall street and Bowling Green Subway stations. 2000 square feet of space and amenities to aid you in making your creative ideas a reality. The unique, charming, loft-like environment includes a cyclorama, hardwood floor and two huge skylights that can be left open or blacked out to provide the perfect caliber of lighting.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning crew is following all CDC and OSHA guidelines. The studio manager (team member on-site) disinfects every frequently touched surface several times during bookings, keeps logs of cleaning times and everyone's body temperature. We provide hand and surface sanitizer at our sanitizing station by the entrance for no charge. The studio offers PPE (masks and gloves) for purchase on-site. We have a touchless thermometer for safe temperature checks.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
