About Warehouse Studios
This is Studio Two, the perfect location for larger private meetings. The space features 16' ceilings which make it perfect for set builds or other projects that require ample ceiling height. Along with the original exposed brick walls and finished hardwood floors, Studio 2 also features a balcony lounge area which is the perfect location for your clients, or others in your production, to hang out while shooting. Load your gear using the elevator or our industrial-grade electric conveyer belt on the side stairs. Enjoy access to our communal pantry for complementary coffee and refreshments. Peerspace only allows to say the space is open 6am to 11pm. If you need hours outside of that window, let us know and we can work it out. Need more space? Studio 1, our larger 3200 sq. ft. studio space, is also available either separately or combined. See our other listing for details on that room. We are located in the up and coming Sunset Park / Industry City area of Brooklyn. If you'd like to drive, there is ample street parking available. *Some items like equipment, PA, chairs, etc may require additional fees.

Masks are required by all guests when not on camera. All common touch areas are cleaned before, after, and in the case of long or multi-day productions/events during each bookings. All equipment, props, and other in-house items are sanitized before delivery to clients.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
