Our building features a traditional cubicle office space with 7 cubicles, an executive boardroom (ideal for read-arounds, wardrobe, make-up, etc.), a newly remodeled classroom/multi-purpose room (ideal for equipment storage, actor holding, make-up, wardrobe, etc.), 2 hallways, 2 bathrooms, a newly remodeled lobby, small kitchen, a small outside patio, private parking lot with 2 driveways and plenty of street parking. Plus we're nice people - check out our reviews! FEES: We start at $299 per hour. After 8:00pm the rate is $475 per hour. Hourly fee may increase depending on the size of your cast and crew. Sorry, but we cannot accept student rates nor provide discounts.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
