Our space is an open 35-foot by 60-foot loft with a flexible set up, ideal for parties, events, relaxed performances, and film. It includes a coffee bar, WiFi, Air Conditioning, refrigerators, couches, tables, and chairs. There is a small performance area at one end of the room that can accommodate a cabaret-style performance or discussion panel. It is surrounded by large windows for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. You get access to the room when you book the room and you are expected to be loaded out at the end of your reservation. Any additional time will be charged overtime hours. - If you reserve the room from 8pm - 10pm, you can enter at 8pm and you must be completely out of the building by 10pm - Please plan your reservation accordingly. There is a cleaning fee that covers sweeping and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and wiping down surfaces. You will be required to place all of your added decorations, food and drink in the nearest trash can or take them with you. Our space includes one room in a performing arts incubator space including a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, office space and an art Gallery.
