About Thymele Arts

Our space is an open 35-foot by 60-foot loft with a flexible set up, ideal for parties, events, relaxed performances, and film. It includes a coffee bar, WiFi, Air Conditioning, refrigerators, couches, tables, and chairs. There is a small performance area at one end of the room that can accommodate a cabaret-style performance or discussion panel. It is surrounded by large windows for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. You get access to the room when you book the room and you are expected to be loaded out at the end of your reservation. Any additional time will be charged overtime hours. - If you reserve the room from 8pm - 10pm, you can enter at 8pm and you must be completely out of the building by 10pm - Please plan your reservation accordingly. There is a cleaning fee that covers sweeping and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and wiping down surfaces. You will be required to place all of your added decorations, food and drink in the nearest trash can or take them with you. I am a theater guy with over 20 years experience in Non-profit theaters and schools. Our space includes one room in a performing arts incubator space including a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, office space and an art Gallery. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
