About the Space
College house, with swimming pool, large common room, wet bar. Secret bookshelf door opens to a bedroom with a fireplace. This house is actively used by CSUN's oldest a cappella group, Acasola. The members reside here and practice here twice weekly. I am the founder of the group, and the owner of the house. We love the idea of having our house be used for filming! We will make every effort to accommodate you shoot. The whole house is 2400 Square Feet, sitting on an 8000 square foot lot. Since this is an actively-used house we are hoping to contain your shoot to the common areas and just one or two bedrooms. The large Great Room is 400 Square Feet, and the adjoining Master Bedroom is 300 Square Feet. We charge a little extra for use of bedrooms, because the tenants need to be out of their room while you're using it. For this we charge $100/room/day. Overnight shoots are also possible, but specific arrangements may be necessary to accommodate the tenants. Message us for details!

This is a private home, actively used by college students. We have monthly maid service, and additional cleaning can be scheduled before your film shoot if requested.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
