This concrete patio makes a great dance floor or stage. It easily seats 4 round tables (40-50 diameter) and 25-35 guests. We offer a large rectangular outdoor dining table, 6 chairs, sofa, ottoman, chair and BBQ in this space. (moveable) Second patio is hidden and more private and cozy. We have a round table 40 inch diameter and 4 chairs. This private patio makes a great guest lounge or changing room for productions. Guests are surrounded by golden bamboo. We offer two large rectangular tables and one round glass table. All tables have matching chairs. We offer two large umbrellas. Outdoor and Indoor sofas. All furniture is moveable. We have extra folding chairs as well.. Stunning evergreen and orange, lemon trees and succulent wall Guest begin their experience by entering through the long succulent wall walkway. Multi purpose walkway: We have also utilized this space for face painting and goody bags... and also a bar with tall cocktail tables. Also great to have a red carpet and professional lighting. Description of Indoor Studio: We have brand new air conditioning and heating. Your comfort is our priority. Accessible, clean, and spacious bathroom with changing table for babies. Beautiful Sofa that easily seats 4. Rocking Chair Dining table with 6 matching chairs. Indoor space is also perfect creative studio for photography/ videography, adult or children crafts, professional meetings or simply working in a beautiful, peaceful and calm environment. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have always been meticulously clean, but now with COVID 19 even more so. The studio (all surfaces) will be cleaned before you arrive for your special event. All outdoor tables and chairs will also be sparkling clean. We wash the linens to the outdoor sofa once a week and spray with lysol. The bathrooms are immaculately cleaned before and after all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
