About the Space

Our dynamic cafe event space near DTLA presents a unique location to host any private event, fundraiser, meetup, corporate party and more. We've hosted salsa dance parties, outdoor movie screenings, and a wide range of other events. Suitable for up to 250 guests, the 3000 sq. ft market can be turned into a fully open event space as all furniture & shelves are movable. The first floor features a performance stage & garden patio outside. Our second floor features a spacious balcony loft with seating & a private room with AV. Our 600 sq ft outdoor patio is a flexible breakout space with exposed masonry, sun shades & seating. Our in-house cafe provides easy & convenient catering options for large groups. Our hours of availability are flexible depending on the size of the booking. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
