About MSA Photography Studio

Located in East LA, this unit is 1,300 sq. ft. and features a large industrial roll-up door giving the studio lots of natural light and easy load in for teams. The space is perfect for photoshoots, small production filming or creative space for the day - the space features an open floor plan making groups easy to work within. With Central AC, you'll be able to stay cool all day. For shoots, there is a white 21x25x20 open shooting area and a separate lounge area. There are tons of outlets throughout the unit including access to the circuit box. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, industrial sink, stove, and oven. There is a full bathroom, and tons of different styled chairs and stools to use in your shoots. This unit is street level which makes loading in and out breeze. There is FREE PARKING right in front as well all around the block of the building. For larger production teams we have a free parking lot across from the roll up door for anyone to use. We have not only upgraded the space but also upgraded all of the lighting, grip and EQ. We also specialize in providing photography services (fashion, editorial, portrait, headshot, and set photography) bundled up with our space rental and extensive camera and strobe lighting equipment set. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
