Countryside farm in The Historic Hudson Valley, with original homestead dating back to 1850 on 25 bucolic pastured acres raising alpacas, llamas and sheep. Located 85 miles north of NYC (1 1/2 hour drive) up the beautiful Taconic Parkway.The farm is an agricultural and educational business, committed stewards to the land and our livestock. The homestead has three historic barns built between the periods of 1850 & 1910. Two of the wooden barns are multi storied with electricity and one has plumbing. In addition, the property has wooded forest, wetlands, fishing pond, fruit orchard, hop field and raises honeybees. Their are trails to hike offering scenic vistas. Plenty of rich and varied backdrops for both film and photo shoots. Animals on site for additional usage during shoots, upon request. We also offer a 2 floor renovated 1850 barn, with both restrooms, commercial kitchen, classroom, sitting room and upstairs changing rooms.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
