About the Space

We are located close to “Bart transit-system ”It brings you to the facility only one block away, With secured off street parking our facility totals 1,200 square feet. A one stop shop for artist of all genre. Our photography and film room is 15 x 15 square feet. It has available lighting with white, and black backdrops, for photo shoots, picture parties, and pet photo shoots. Additionally, there is a green screen for music video and movies. There will always be an on-site manager in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
