Beautiful natural light streams into the living room. Lots of light (windows face west, so lots of soft light in the mornings, and harsher shadowed light in the afternoons). Moroccan + French accents meet industrial vibes. Multiple full bookshelves, antiques, and plants make for interesting background/textures. Also a stone's throw away from Sightglass Coffee if a coffee/pastry run is needed! Are you creating content for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or your website? This space is perfect for product or lifestyle photo shoots, headshots, filming interviews or product videos. 900 sq feet, can accommodate up to 6 guests There is paid street parking directly in front of the building, and a bus stop around the corner. A bit about your host: I'm a marketing executive, helping startups build their brands, and also work as a lifestyle and product photographer for brands with a desire to create global impact. I've called SF home for about 12 years.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
